During the past 20 years’ reform and opening process, Chinese government has carried out different kinds of residential projects in different period according to the different needs of people. All of those projects have greatly improved people's living conditions and promoted the development of the national economy. However, Chinese domestic housing industry is still at a low stage of development. Especially for the industrialization and modernization of housing industry, there is a large gap between china and the developed countries. It also restricts the development of China's domestic industry.

The future house project will integrate single concept in housing industry, including healthy, green, environmental-protection, ecology, energy-saving and digitalization. Ecology technology, energy-saving technology, environmental-protection technology and digitalization technology will be fully used in the construction of modern buildings and houses in this project to establish a systematic solution for the whole processes of planning, designing, construction and decoration. The project will greatly improve the quality and level of science and technology in Chinese residence. It will also speed up the modernization of Chinese housing industry.
